TL;DR: We published comparison pages for the form builders people ask about most: Typeform, Google Forms, Jotform, and Fillout. Each one is a feature-by-feature breakdown with current pricing, an honest take on when each tool is the better fit, and a quick migration guide. Browse them all at /compare.
#Why we built these
When you are choosing a form builder, you want a straight answer to one question: how is this different from the tool I already use? Most comparison pages online are vague or out of date. We wanted ours to be specific, current, and honest enough that you can make a decision without opening ten tabs.
So each page lays out the real differences, with the actual numbers, and tells you plainly when the other tool might suit you better.
#What each page covers
Every comparison includes:
- A feature-by-feature table grouped by pricing, building, design, analytics, privacy, and integrations
- Current pricing for both tools, side by side, with the plan limits that actually matter
- An honest "which one is right for you" section, including when the other tool is the better choice
- A short migration guide for moving your forms over with Polly
- Answers to common questions about importing, logic, quizzes, and where your data is stored
#The comparisons
- Polyform vs Typeform: unlimited responses on the free plan, versus Typeform's 10 a month
- Polyform vs Google Forms: custom branding, real logic, and built-in analytics, versus the same generic look
- Polyform vs Jotform: unlimited responses with no monthly submission cap
- Polyform vs Fillout: unlimited responses and EU data hosting by default
#A few things that set Polyform apart
Across all four comparisons, the same strengths come up:
- Unlimited forms and responses on the free plan. No monthly response cap, and no paying more as you collect more.
- Polly, your AI form agent. Describe a form in plain English and Polly builds it, then keeps editing it by chat or voice.
- EU hosting, GDPR-first. Your data stays in the EU by default, encrypted in transit and at rest, not as a paid add-on.
- Built-in analytics and conditional logic on every plan, including the free one.
