Multiple Final Pages — Different Endings for Different Paths

TL;DR: Forms are no longer limited to a single "thank you" page. Create multiple final pages and use conditional logic to route respondents to the right one based on their answers or score.

#Why multiple endings

A single final page works when every respondent gets the same outcome. But many forms need different endings:

  • Quizzes — "Great job, you passed!" vs. "Better luck next time"
  • Lead qualification — "We'll be in touch" for high-value leads vs. a self-service link for others
  • Surveys — different thank-you messages based on satisfaction rating
  • Applications — "Next steps" for eligible applicants vs. "Unfortunately..." for others

#How it works

In the builder, you can now add multiple final pages to any form. Each final page has its own title, content, and design — they're fully independent.

To control which respondent sees which ending, use conditional logic on the pages leading up to the final page. The logic rules support:

  • Answer-based routing — "If satisfaction rating is 4 or 5, show the positive ending"
  • Score-based routing — "If total score is above 8, show the pass page"
  • Default fallback — a catch-all final page for respondents who don't match any specific condition

#Combined with recall

Final pages support recall, so you can personalize the ending. A quiz result page can show: "You scored 8 out of 10, Sarah. Here's your certificate."

This combines three features — multiple final pages, scoring, and recall — into a single personalized outcome.

#Availability

Multiple final pages are available on all plans. Open the builder and add additional final pages from the page list.
