#Free Trial
Every new account starts with a free trial of Pro, so you can try Polly, custom branding, and analytics before deciding.
No credit card is required, and the trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own. When it ends:
- Your account moves to the free plan automatically. You are not charged, and there is nothing to cancel.
- Your forms and responses are kept, and your forms stay live.
- Pro features are removed from your forms unless you subscribe. This includes custom branding, custom domains, and Polly.
We email you when your trial ends. You can upgrade to Pro at any time, before or after the trial.

#Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely through Clerk, our payment processor. Clerk handles all sales tax, VAT, and GST collection and remittance so pricing is transparent and compliant regardless of your location.
#Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
