The Settings tab controls how your form behaves. Settings are organized into three sections.
#General
- Form name — Edit the name of your form
- Language — Choose the language for your form's UI
- Password protection — Require a password to access the form
- Close form — Stop accepting new responses
- Scheduled close — Automatically close the form on a specific date and time
- Submission limit — Set a maximum number of responses before the form closes automatically
- Custom closed message — Customize the message shown when the form is closed
#Appearance
- Show Welcome Page — Display an introductory page before questions begin
- Show Progress Bar — Show respondents how far along they are
- Allow Going Back — Let respondents navigate to previous pages
- Show Question Numbers — Display numbers next to questions
- Show Required Indicator — Show a marker on required questions
#Response
- Auto-Save Progress — Automatically save respondent progress so they can resume later
- Prevent Duplicate Responses — Stop the same person from submitting more than once
- Browser Session — Basic detection using browser session storage
- Device Fingerprint — More reliable detection using device fingerprinting Pro
