The Summary tab gives you an at-a-glance overview of how your form is performing.
#Overview Metrics
At the top of the Summary tab you'll see:
- Views — Total number of times your form was opened
- Responses — Number of completed submissions
- Completion rate — Percentage of views that resulted in completions
#Answer Breakdown
Below the overview, the answer breakdown shows per-question analytics:
- Response distribution — Bar charts for choice-based questions showing how many respondents selected each option
- Response counts — Total responses and percentages per option
- Drop-off rates — See where respondents are leaving your form
- Text responses — Badges showing individual text answers
- Ratings and scales — Sorted breakdown of numeric responses
